Use it, you can change videos to demonstrate features of a new software,or creating movies used in user training, or tracking the progress of a program that executes for a long time, or recording the sequence of steps that cause the occurrence of bugs in faulty software.
You are allowed to speak into the microphone while recording is in progress,then you will get the recorded vidio with the audio.
