Also, you can fast add comments and relate URL to the specify file, create a copy for backup or move at the same time, which help you get the file and it`s context easily in any time.
Easy Categorize support direct access for mailbox through PO3 server, Email text and attachment will be download and automatic categorize in Email category, you can find the file very quick and using without save or download operation like normal Email terminals, treat your email as a local file but already separate the attachment. It`s also a well backup and organize way to flood of incoming messages.
