It has a free tool, Rack Designer, to easily design virtual instruments that can be used to build a cheap but versatile platform for virtual instrumentation.
A custom serial terminal that will suits your needs can be built in no more than 17 lines of script, a phone dialer in no more than 15 minutes and a network messenger in 22 lines !
It is the perfect tool for microcontroller hobbyists to debug, control their serial devices, even from a remote PC. Also a perfect for data logging/monitoring.
