(or similar unzip utility) intoany directory you please, often C:\ -- ticking off the (userfolder names) option. To run as an application, type:java -jar E:\com\mindprod\encodingrecognizer\encodingrecogniser.jaradjusting as necessary to account for where the jar file is.
