ST Invoice allows you to create invoices and estimates while out of the office. This software was born out of necessity since there was nothing like it on the market. It can be customized to be used in ANY industry. Its powerful ability to be tailored to your needs, makes this the most robust pocket pc invoice software available today. Key features include real time timer for hour based services, invoice templates, custom lookup items and line items, digital signature and much more! Easy Tab-based Navigation - ST Invoice utilizes an easy and fast tab-based navigation system. This helps to eliminate as many clicks as possible on menus, therefore making navigation faster and easier. Under each main tab, a sub tab will appear under certain circumstances like creating a new invoice. The system was designed to be as user friendly as possible. Quick-View Panel - In order to view as much information on a single screen as possible, we implemented the Quick-View Panel. This helps the program display more invoices on one screen, but also gives you access to the more important information in one click. Now you no longer have to open an invoice to find the vital information you need. Timer - The program has a built in timer that is perfect for the service based companies that charge by the amount of time they do a job. You can start the timer when you arrive, pause it for lunch, and resume it when necessary. Your Pocket Pc does not have to remain on the entire duration to accurately track time. This helps you track time while conserving battery power. When adding line items to the invoice, you can press a Get Time button which will automatically grab the time from the timer and multiply it by the rate. You can also set the Pocket Pc to round up to every 1 minute, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15, minutes, 20 minutes, and half an hour. This is useful if you charge by certain time increments. Import Contacts - Import all the contacts currently in your Pocket PCs address book. This means you can import all your contacts from Outlook. Flexible Data Storage - Dont be forced to accept where your data is stored like most other programs. You have the choice to choose. It allows you to keep data on a memory card which is useful in many ways. If data is saved on a card and your Pocket Pc crashes, you can easily restore all your data. If you work at a company and use multiple devices, you can easily take and import your data into each device. This is more applicable to the standard version since the pro version will allow you to sync and restore your information from the web service if your Pocket Pc crashes. Digital Signature - Get your clients to digitally sign their invoice using the Pocket Pc. Helpful if a client tries to claim they did not authorize the invoice or payment there of. Advanced Reporting - Take control of your business! Our advanced reporting gives you a better insight into your business. Look at your Paid vs Unpaid Invoices, All Pending Invoices, the accuracy of your Estimates with your Invoices, and a graphical yearly invoice chart. Identify problem customers, faulty estimation techniques, and estimated cash inflow for a specified time period. Avavailable on the Pocket Pc and online web service. Powerful Line Item Management - Create a catalog of your line items to make for quicker and easier invoice and estimate creation. Keep consistency and cut down on input error. Create different categories with multiple line items in each category. All line items and categories are synced with the online web service and vice versa. Line items can be edited or locked depending on the users security level. Convert Estimates Into Invoices - Easily create invoices from estimates given to clients. This makes invoice creation faster and more accurate. It also allows you to track how accurate your estimates are with your invoices which is important for reporting. This allows you to identify any errors in your estimation process. Data Entry Customization - Customize exactly which fields will show up on your estimates and invoices. There are default fields and customizable ones. If you have specific fields that need to be added to estimates or invoices like Project Manager, they can easily be added. Lookup Parameters - Create your own specific lookup parameters for invoice type, job status, job type, and unit type. This allows you customize the system to match your industry perfectly. Invoice Template - Using basic html and supplied Tokens, you can create ANY look and feel you want to your invoices. Limitations:.
