Kwok Information Server can be installed on Windows and Linux machines. Users only need a web browser to use the system.
Issue Management module provides users a way to report issues and search for the issues they need to work on. IT Asset Management module provides hardware tracking and software license tracking capability. Contact Management module allows users to create and maintain contacts. Administration Tool module allows administrators to manage system users and to modify system configuration.
Kwok Information Server also have built-in support for access control, email notification, LADP authentication, file uploads, and many more.
