Navigaçao e listagem interactiva ou em batch das pastas de ficheiros com vizualizaçao das palavras-chaves, tittulos, commentarios, autores e outros metadados incluidos nos documentos ou imagens jpeg/tiff permitindo criar resultados sob forma de paginas HTML com personalizaçõo do layout (catalogador gerador de html) que pode partilhar num grupo de trabalho em modo projeto bastando apenas um clic para actualisar cada vez que necessario, mas tambem exporte csv para Excel, Word e saidas XML para integraçao num sistema de conteudo com possibilidade de executar transformaçoes XSL para criar apresentaçoes especificamente formatadas para requisitos particulares.
Faz actualizaçao em massa de campos de resumo de documentos Office para mudar por ex. o autor, o nome da empresa, a categoria em todos os documentos Word de uma pasta.
Interface em Portugues, ingles, espanhol, frances, alemao
Metadadaminer Catalogue PRO suporta metadados XMP das mais recentes aplicacoes da Adobe e metadados do padrao IPTC descriptivo das imagens.
