PCSpeedDialer 2005 is a hotkey utility.
Does this sound familiar: You are typing a letter and need to check a spreadsheet for some figures. You have to take your hands off the keyboard, grab the mouse, click on the Start menu, go to the 'All Programs' item, look for a folder, then a shortcut and click it. Now you can use your spreadsheet software to check those figures.
Now imagine this: You are typing a letter and need to check a spreadsheet for some figures. You press a key combination on your keyboard that you choose earlier, let's say 'Ctrl' and 'Shift' and 'S', and PCSpeedDialer 2005 launches your spreadsheet software for you. You check those all important figures.

PCSpeedDialer 2005 allows you to configure any key combination on your keyboard to instantly open any file, document, web site or application on your computer. The hotkeys that PCSpeedDialer 2005 creates are global to your computer meaning that you can use them at ANY time, no matter what you are doing on your computer.
