Perl and PHP Development Environment with multi-file syntax-highlighting editor, web utilities such as one-click FTP upload, one-click execute on server, one-click testing to in-line text pane or web browser, inbuilt form-filling / environment variable emulation, accepts keyboard input for console apps, integrated no-configuration Web Server to test web apps, hierarchical customizable code templates, multi-level backups / one-click restores, version control, and extensive configurability. Integrates with MySQL to edit and execute SQL scripts, access MySQL help, and bring up MySQL server automatically when required by Perl programs. Optionally store program files inside compressed project file for easy transportation between PCs (e.g. via email or disk). Autoupload facility to obtain latest version of PerlWiz. Module installer to update existing Perl modules and install new ones automatically from the internet. Even try out programs without creating a new file! Use projects or ignore them - the choice is yours. Loads of tutorials for getting started with Perl and PHP, web and database development, and utilising keyboard input (great for educational use).
