With the tools, you and your colleagues can quickly look up a staff phone number and know where that person is and when they will be back. All before you ring them.The Phone Directory* Displays staff names, phone numbers, roles, departments and cell/mobile number* Search it by name or department* View it on any (permitted) computer in a web browser * Anyone (with permission) can update it * Print out a phone directory as a list * Export the phone numbers to other programs The In Out Board* Replaces the whiteboard where staff mark themselves In or Out of the building* Staff can quickly update the board from any computer* Staff can leave a message such as a return time, location or mobile number * Staff movements are displayed on the phone directory - so you and your colleagues can quickly look up a staff phone number and know where that person is and when they will be back.
