Picolo Image Viewer can perform more than 30 image enhancing operations(Sharpen, Soften, Bump Map, Wave, Lens, Buttonize, Drop Shadow, etc). It also incorporates a object based imaging tool so that you can add text, arrows, boxes, ellipses or other pictures to create customized images. Picolo handles animated gif in a separate easy to view window, displaying individual frames with all the detailed frame information. Enjoy slide shows with more than 100 premade effects both in full screen or window mode. Ad-supported freeware.
