PopX is a popup killer fully integrated with Internet Explorer and provides incomparable user experience. PopX is loaded when an IE starts, and when the IE window is closed, PopX unloads itself automatically. There is no forever-running program sitting in the system tray, monitoring browser activities and using up system resources.
PopX is a smart popup zapper. It neither asks you to maintain a black list nor blindly blocks any new windows. Instead PopX uses an intelligent algorithm to decide which pop-up windows are "real" pop-ups and block them even before they are downloaded to your computer.
PopX is a powerful popup stopper. It not only blocks hard pop-ups, but also detects soft pop-ups. All other pop-up killers on the market handle hard pop-ups only.
PopX is user friendly. PopX provides visible and audible pop-up alarms and detailed pop-up logs. When a pop-up is detected, an icon is shown on the PopX toolbar. The pop-up log records url of the pop-up and the web page generating the pop-up.
