RapidSketch is the fastest and easiest to learn software for creating accurate floor plan layouts. Built for appraisers, insurance inspectors, flooring installers and anyone who needs to calculate the area and perimeter of a floor plan. Simply draw the floor plan in RapidSketch using the mouse or keyboard and the program will automatically calculate total square footage and perimeter.

*Mouse and keyboard drawing with mouse precision settings.
*Huge drag and drop symbols library.
*Standard and metric support.
*Draw common shapes with the click of your mouse.
*Arc a line at any time by using the mouse to drag out its center point or using the mouse wheel while drawing. Perimeter as well as segment height are shown allowing you to measure from inside or outside the home.
*Automatically displays the angle and rise and run measurement as you draw.
*Choose between showing decimals or inches (and fractions of inches) when using feet.
*Include a listing of the areas on your sketch (with square footage) when you print or save an image of your sketch.
*Add a photo to your sketches.
*Undo and redo feature.
*Use our standard symbols (or make your own) to quickly add interior features like stoves or sinks to your sketch.
*Easily copy anything on your sketch to your clipboard. Then paste it back into a sketch, or as an image into your documents!
*Quickly add stock labels like "Basement" from our list of built in labels. You can customize the list to fit your needs or type your own custom label on the fly.
