Software Description:
Sinergia is an open source, web based, help desk solution, developed in C# using version 3 of the .NET framework, and SQL Server database.

Among the supported features are: Case Management, Case data structure customization. Management Reports. Browsing cases. Querying cases history. Adding Case notes. Users sign up, forgot your password, and role assignment. My Cases, and my profile.

Sinergia's business logic is implemented using Windows Workflow Foundation.
