WheelKeys simulates keystrokes in specified programs, when you turn the mouse wheel.
Keys are sent when one of the specified program windows is selected. Original mouse wheel commands are discarded.

You can define the keystrokes in Wheels.txt. Look at the sample Wheels.txt....
