WPrinter provides the fastest and most convenient way to change Windows default printer and set default printer settings. When running, it adds an icon to the system tray. When you move the cursor over that icon, hint is shown with Windows default printer name. One click on the icon shows all available printers menu. Another click allows you to change Windows default printer. It is that simple.You can also change printer properties such as paper size, print quality, etc. via simple double-click on WPrinter's icon. WPrinter shows different system tray icons for local, network printers and faxes, allowing you to distinguish between those types of printers visually without checking printer name.Additional Pro version major features include ability to: * customize printer icons; * show orientation and number of copies menu for the default printer; * assign main menu keyboard shortcut; * show additional hint information along with printer name, such as orientation and port information; * support smart printer queue; * handle printer change events on per-printer bases, such as "after printer gets default status" and "before printer looses default status"; * additional network admin customization.
